Shipping
Small orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase, depending on product availability. Large orders may take 3-5 days to process.
Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
International Shipping
Yes, we do but orders may be subjected to local import duties and taxes (VAT).
You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes.
You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may apply.
We will not provide refunds for refused entries or orders not received related to customs issues.
Q. Are your products cruelty free?
A. YES! None of our products are made from animal hair or by products.
We do not consider it sanitary or hygienic to utilize lash extension products that have been made from animal hair.
We are also huge lovers of animals and do not believe in cultivating products that put them at risk.
