Hey Lash Artist!...We know how important getting your lash supplies are for you. Our team does their very best to get all orders out as quickly as possible but we do encourage you to place orders in advance to avoid any unforeseen delays.
Dulce Lash Artistry processes orders within 1-2 business days, Monday thru Friday, excluding major US holidays.
Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any items missing or issues with your order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Dulce Lash Artistry may experience a high volume of orders during sales and holidays and you may experience shipping and processing delays.
- Due to Covid-19 many shipping carriers (USPS, UPS and FEDEX) are experiencing delays with deliveries. Please note that once the shipment leaves our warehouse, we have no control over shipping delays. For concerns, check your tracking number and reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
- Dulce Lash Artistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the accurate address and contact information for shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select during check out, and the location of your address.

USPS First Class is estimated 3-5 business days to arrive. As a result of Covid-19, packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
USPS Priority Mail is estimated 2-3 business days to arrive. As a result of Covid-19, packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
UPS Ground packages are delivered within 1-5 business days. The delivery date is set according to the distance the package is traveling at the time of pick up.
UPS 2 Day Air packages are delivered typically within 2 business days after the date of pick up.
In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order to avoid delays and send you an email that one of your selected items is out of stock. You'll have the opportunity to switch that out for something else or choose to receive a refund for the out of stock item.
